Does Youtopia Flow only do AI?
No. We are process and strategy people first, and humans first. AI is one tool among several, used only when it earns its place. Often the biggest gain comes from redesigning a workflow, or from a conversation between two departments who had never actually spoken.
What actually happens when we work together?

The project manager then decides at every step: the estimate, the heads of department's approvals, and the quote built in the company's own rental system. Nothing reaches a client until a person sends it. It is running in live testing, and we are seeking a founding client.
